About the Role

As a key member of our Indigenous Banking team, you will play a critical role in sourcing and assessing top talent from Indigenous communities to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract and engage Indigenous candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous community leaders, organizations, and networks to identify and recruit top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide expert advice on Indigenous talent acquisition and sourcing best practices
  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
