Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract and engage Indigenous candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize diverse interviewing and assessment techniques to validate candidate experience levels
- Provide trusted advice to hiring managers on talent acquisition and management best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Indigenous community leaders and organizations to promote CIBC's Indigenous recruitment initiatives
