Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract and engage Indigenous candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Utilize diverse interviewing and assessment techniques to validate candidate experience levels
  • Provide trusted advice to hiring managers on talent acquisition and management best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Indigenous community leaders and organizations to promote CIBC's Indigenous recruitment initiatives

Requirements
  • Must identify as First Nations, Métis, or Inuit
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must have obtained a high school diploma
