About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to build a pipeline of Indigenous candidates for various roles within CIBC.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous community leaders, organizations, and networks to promote CIBC's career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and retaining Indigenous talent.
  • Design and deliver recruitment strategies that promote CIBC's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and communities, as well as experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and promote CIBC's brand and values.
