We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Alberta Inn Wetaskiwin Ltd. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our operations.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and reliable.
