Administrative Assistant
About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Alberta Inn Wetaskiwin Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets, and ensure that all information is secure and confidential.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages, and provide excellent customer service to our guests and clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping, and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
