Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities related to the establishment's daily operations
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve conflict situations professionally
  • Monitor and evaluate performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation


Required Skills and Qualifications


The successful candidate will possess:



  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
