Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Mucho Burrito Sarnia.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, monitor and evaluate.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Supervision: Supervise 5-10 people.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
The successful candidate will have access to a competitive salary and benefits package, including permanent employment and 30 to 40 hours per week of work. The salary range is estimated to be $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
