Publisher Manager CPA based in Toronto

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publisher Manager CPA to join our team at International People Solutions B.V. in Toronto. As a key member of our affiliate marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing active campaigns to ensure publishers deliver the best return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:- Hunt and Acquire New Publishers: Identify and establish relationships with new publishers in the CPA/SOI space, leveraging your expertise to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
- Budget and Invoice Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely invoicing to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Publisher Management: Provide exceptional support to our existing publisher network, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Campaign Development and Incentivization: Collaborate with our team to design and implement new campaigns, as well as develop innovative bonus structures to motivate our publishers.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and work closely with our team to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of publisher management experience within the affiliate marketing industry.
- Startup Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and growth.
- Location: Based in/near Toronto, with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Technical Expertise: Solid experience and understanding of mobile advertising, Everflow, and tracking technology.
- Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of success in hunting and acquiring new publishers.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
- Track Record of Success: A relevant book of business, with a strong understanding of VOD, nutra, and sweeps.
