**Publisher Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Publisher Director to join our team at International People Solutions in Toronto.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and developing assigned publisher accounts, as well as recruiting new ones to drive revenue growth and scale in the affiliate marketing channel.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage and develop all aspects of affiliate relationships, including conferences, forums, and newsletters.
- Recruitment and Negotiation: Identify, recruit, and negotiate with new affiliates to expand our network.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a strategy to drive growth and scale revenue in the affiliate marketing channel.
- Market Analysis: Analyze and monitor the market, trends, and competition to formulate actionable insights and understand business drivers.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Business Acumen: A hot book of business and high sales ability, assertiveness, strong negotiation, and business development skills.
- Location: Based in Toronto.
