Publisher Manager CPI

We are seeking an experienced Publisher Manager to join our team at International People Solutions B.V. and partner with a leading North American Performance Marketing Network.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire and manage new global advertisers through strategic partnerships and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers to drive business growth and revenue.
- Travel internationally to attend trade-shows and online events to identify new opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities with existing international accounts to increase revenue and market share.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with advertisers to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the Affiliate Team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize supply partnerships to drive revenue and improve efficiency.
- Oversee programmatic inventory and manage relationships with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) to ensure optimal performance and revenue.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Publisher Management with a focus on affiliate marketing (CPI).
- Proactive, flexible, and ambitious individual with a hunter mentality.
- Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.
- Based in either Canada or the US.
