Job Title: Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

Recollective is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager - Demand Generation to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company.

This role will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels, including outreach to our existing database through marketing automation, lead generation through events and search engine marketing, and optimizing the use of our website as a lead generation channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Delivery: Support the forecasting of lead generation targets
  • Paid: Directly manage the paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels
  • Inbound SDR Management: Help guide SDR campaigns, set goals for conversion of leads to opportunities, manage and develop the team
  • Budget Management: Track marketing campaign ROI and adjust planned budget allocation in line with results and annual sales objectives
  • Lead Management: Track and manage lead lifecycle and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
  • Assist in landing page and content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software (such as Pardot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce)
  • Deep understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in the market research industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
