We are seeking an experienced Interim Stage Experience Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through effective management of our beauty services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Manage and develop a high-performing team of beauty advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding client experiences and drive sales.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of all beauty services, including the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring high-quality experiences for clients.
  • Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience, including online reservation systems and staffing levels.
  • Training and Development: Execute training programs for beauty advisors, including new hire training and ongoing development.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure all visual merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals meet company standards.
  • Vendor Management: Foster strong relationships with brand representatives, ensuring effective training and coaching for beauty advisors.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams and drive sales growth.
