The estimated annual salary for this position is $145,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience. This role offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a pension plan, health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Director of Performance Improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance the organization's performance management infrastructure, quality improvement systems, and data management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance management, quality, and data management across the organization.
  • Design and implement effective quality improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools, electronic health records, and data analytics to drive actionable insights and improvements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, clinical teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Health Administration, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on performance management, quality improvement, and data management.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance adequate for carrying out the requirements of the role.
  • Certification in Quality Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or a similar methodology.
  • Proven track record of developing successful quality and performance systems within a healthcare or mental health setting.
  • Experience in a senior leadership role, with responsibility for strategic planning, system design, and stakeholder engagement.
