Job Title: Operational Risk Management Leader

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Management Leader to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of operational risk management frameworks across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, identifying and mitigating operational risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.

About the Job:

  • Develop and implement operational risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive monitoring and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on operational risk management best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration).
  • At least 10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on operational risk.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
