Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Physician Leader to join our team at the Greenlife Medical Centre- Family Practice and Walk-In Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing a caseload of patients, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Your Role:

As a Family Physician Leader, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care to patients, including routine check-ups, acute care management, and chronic disease management. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, order laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as necessary, and communicate effectively with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established clinical guidelines and best practices
* Manage a caseload of patients, including routine check-ups, acute care management, and chronic disease management
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Order laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as necessary
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* A degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry from an accredited institution
* Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities and certification from the College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Benefits:

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
