Tattoo Studio Manager Job Description

Aces N Spades Tattoo NORTH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily studio operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of tattoo artists, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality work.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for staff and managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive experience and fostering a loyal client base.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
