We are a dynamic and creative team seeking a skilled Tattoo Studio Manager to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective staff management and inventory control.
  • Manage budgets and contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in the tattoo industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
