About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team at Aces N Spades Tattoo NORTH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Studio Operations
    • Direct and control daily studio operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the studio's goals and objectives.
    • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that the studio operates within its means.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring that they are effective and aligned with the studio's goals.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Work Experience
    • Have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Tattoo Artist.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
