About The Fountainhead Tattoo Inc.

We are a reputable tattoo studio seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our daily operations. As a Tattoo Studio Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of our studio, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team is motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the efficiency of our daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our daily operations, ensuring that our studio runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Establish or Implement Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for our staff, ensuring that they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Inventory: Manage our budget and inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to operate effectively.
  • Manage Contracts for Advertising or Marketing Strategies: Oversee the management of contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring that our studio is represented effectively.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, Hire and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that our team is motivated and productive.

Experience
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: We are seeking an individual with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tattoo industry.
  • Permanent Position: This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Language of Work: English is the primary language of work, but proficiency in other languages is an asset.
  • Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
