We are a reputable tattoo studio seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our daily operations. As a Tattoo Studio Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of our studio, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our business runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of tattoo artists and support staff.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff management and development.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the studio's budget and finances, including inventory control and cash flow management.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote the studio's services.
    • Manage the studio's online presence, including social media and website management.
  • Client Relations
    • Ensure that clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
