Position Overview

The Tattoo Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the tattoo establishment, ensuring a seamless operation that meets both client and staff needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Direct and manage the daily activities of the studio.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess and enhance daily operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Organize and plan daily studio operations effectively.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies and procedures for staff conduct.
  • Financial Management: Plan and oversee budget and inventory management.
  • Marketing Oversight: Manage contracts related to advertising and marketing initiatives.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and supervise studio personnel.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
