About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team at Aces N Spades Tattoo NORTH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Studio Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and budget.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote our studio and attract new customers.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the studio's financial stability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
