About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Administration Assistant, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth running of our services.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include providing administrative support to our clinical teams, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports as required. You will also be responsible for processing referrals efficiently and supporting communications and recording procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and administrative skills, with the ability to work flexibly as part of a team. Experience of dealing with the public and NHS experience are desirable, but not essential. You will also need a good level of general education to GCSE level grade C or equivalent and RSA II word processing qualification or equivalent ECDL and Microsoft Office skills.
