At High Grade IT Solutions Inc., we are seeking an Administrative Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and staff training. They will also be responsible for coordinating office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate

The successful candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. They will also have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
