Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. As an Executive Support Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and timely manner.
    • Manage electronic correspondence, including email and scheduling.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Cook up and execute meeting agendas, schedules, and minutes.
  • Data Management and Entry
    • Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of records.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education
    • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • No less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
