Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DGA FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain high standards of quality, and control costs.
- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage inventory to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
- Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their job expectations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
