Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Cost products and services, and balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and organized.
Requirements
  • Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
