Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DGA FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Event Management: Manage events, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
