Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DGA FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
