Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DGA FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations and Logistics: Plan, organize, and direct daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
