Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DGA FOOD SERVICE INC. O/A SUBWAY. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Logistics: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients to drive business growth.
  • Event Management: Manage events, including catering and facility use, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and work 30 to 40 hours per week.
