Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and food service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and staff performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling.

Working Conditions
