Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain our high standards of service.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
