Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Tropical Oasis Nail Lounge and Spa Ltd. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our spa facilities are always in top condition.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and monitor quality and production levels.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa or related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
