Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Tropical Oasis Nail Lounge and Spa Ltd. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of spa staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of spa equipment and facilities.
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide technical advice on spa services.
  • Monitor quality and production levels, and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa or related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
