About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Tropical Oasis Nail Lounge and Spa Ltd. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring that all treatments meet our high standards.
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and establish work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client focus, efficiency, reliability, and teamwork.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work under pressure is essential. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
