Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Tropical Oasis Nail Lounge and Spa Ltd. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of spa equipment and facilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support, including assisting with special needs
  • Manage emergency situations and ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards, including cleanliness and production levels
  • Supervise and train spa staff, including scheduling and performance management
Requirements
  • Educational background in a related field, such as hospitality or wellness
  • 2+ years of experience in spa operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Working Conditions
