Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Tropical Oasis Nail Lounge and Spa Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, supervising a team of staff, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
  • Client Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, and be the point of contact when handling emergency situations.
  • Operations Management: Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and monitor quality and production levels.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition and Ordering: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Spa environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
