Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Tropical Oasis Nail Lounge and Spa Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of spa equipment and facilities.
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor quality and production levels, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, and oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a spa or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
