Responsibilities:- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines and proactive talent pools for critical revenue-generating roles.
- Manage the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, pre-qualifying, interviewing, assessing, and extending/negotiating offers.
- Proactively identify and influence hiring decisions to achieve the best talent outcome.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and champion our talent brand and value proposition.
- Contribute to continuous recruitment excellence initiatives and projects.
- Research and stay up-to-date on talent markets, competitor profiles, and industry trends.
- Required: Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in software.
- Excellent sourcing and data mining skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the enterprise software market and industry.
- Experience using multiple e-recruiting platforms, including web-based ATS', LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
- A relentless focus on finding the best talent, leveraging a variety of platforms, systems, and techniques.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with Hiring Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to assess talent using formal methodologies.
