About the RoleThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, collecting and screening applicants, and advising on employment requirements and terms.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have experience working in the hospitality industry and possess knowledge of human resources software and MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and analyze current and prospective staffing needs to determine recruitment strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Collect, screen, and evaluate applicant qualifications and suitability for positions.
- Provide advice to applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
- Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training and development programs.
- Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of human resources software, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
