Job Title: Enterprise Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Johnson Service Group. As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent in Enterprise Information Management and the global software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales and marketing organizations to identify and recruit top talent.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines and proactive talent pools for critical revenue-generating roles.
  • Manage the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, pre-qualifying, interviewing, assessing, and extending offers.
  • Proactively use expertise to uncover talent and influence hiring decisions to achieve the best talent outcome.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Champion our talent brand and value proposition.
  • Contribute to continuous recruitment excellence initiatives and projects.
  • Research and understand talent markets, competitor profiles, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in software.
  • Excellent sourcing and data mining skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of enterprise software market and industry.
  • Experience using multiple e-recruiting platforms like web-based ATS', LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
  • A relentless focus on finding the best talent, leveraging a variety of platforms, systems, and techniques.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with Hiring Managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess talent utilizing formal methodologies.
