Moozoom, a pioneering EdTech company, is seeking a visionary Director of Growth to spearhead the development and execution of strategies driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing initiatives, oversee product growth experiments, and analyze performance data to boost revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration across teams to enhance the iterative process.
  • Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels, such as social media advertising and SEM.
  • Optimize marketing funnels and user conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Manage lifecycle marketing to effectively engage customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Supervise the design and implementation of product experiments to enhance growth.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Requirements:
  • ~5+ years of experience in growth or revenue performance roles.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale.
  • Experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with statistical testing and experimentation, including proficiency in various testing methods and a solid understanding of the underlying mathematical concepts.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and product analytics tools, such as Amplitude or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to concisely communicate complex visions and report on growth performance to management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Bilingual (English, French).
