About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Growth to join our team at CASA of San Mateo County. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration within and across teams to enhance the iterative process.
  • Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels, such as social media advertising and SEM.
  • Optimize marketing funnels and user conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Manage lifecycle marketing to effectively engage customers at every stage of their journey.
  • Supervise the design and implementation of product experiments to enhance growth.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth or revenue performance roles.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale.
  • Experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with statistical testing and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
