Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our aviation services department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring timely onboarding of candidates, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding. Post-secondary certification in Business Administration or HR is preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Manage documentation related to new candidates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Complete background and reference checks to ensure compliance with employment requirements
  • Liaise with local airport authorities to confirm security clearances
  • Assist with analysis of internal recruitment figures, statistics, and trends
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding
  • Post-secondary certification in Business Administration or HR
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
