Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Strategy Recruitment Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle payroll processing for over 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Administer all aspects of benefits, including enrollment, termination, and billing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll information and benefit elections.
  • Oversee timekeeping processes for employees and work closely with supervisors to ensure accurate time submissions and approvals.
  • Analyze payroll and benefits data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on payroll and benefits data.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience processing full cycle payroll.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • ADP WFN experience is a strong asset.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
