Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to join our team at Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing advertisements, and coordinating selection processes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing needs and prepare relevant documents.
  • Advisory Services: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Communication: Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
