Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. As a key member of the recruitment process, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless candidate onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage candidate onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to staffing requirements.
  • Track, monitor, and process documentation related to new candidates, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct background and reference checks to ensure employment compliance.
  • Liaise with airport authority pass offices to confirm security clearances and track results.
  • Coordinate enrollment into SOF training, meeting client requirements and class capacities.
  • Perform onboarding tasks for new hires, creating EIDs and distributing New Hire Packages/payroll documents.
  • Analyze internal recruitment figures, statistics, and trends with the recruitment team.
  • Work with HR to ensure candidates receive necessary documents and information before transitioning to employees.
  • Transfer recruitment documents to HR for personnel files.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in full recruitment/onboarding processes.
  • Post-secondary certification in Business Administration or HR, or equivalent work experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
