Global Total Rewards Specialist

About the Job

This role is a key contributor to the development, implementation, and communication of total rewards programs. You will be responsible for providing global total rewards support to the Global Human Resources team.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and execution of special projects within the total rewards function.
  • Analyze total rewards programs, including developing, improving, and maintaining Excel templates.
  • Prepare market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable total rewards programs.
  • Coordinate annual total rewards surveys and support the Corporate annual compensation review process.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in human resources, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Compensation or Total Rewards role.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Work Environment

Vancouver-based with opportunity for remote work.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience.
