Job Description
  • Innovate and implement cutting-edge total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent, driving business success and cultural alignment.
  • Partner closely with the People Leadership Team, Finance, and executive members to deliver impactful total rewards strategies that meet business objectives and respect organizational capacity.
  • Maintain relationships with senior leadership and external consultants, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Analyze data to drive insights, developing action plans aligned with company direction and promoting a data-driven approach.

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • 8+ years of relevant global total rewards experience, with expertise in global benefits, cash compensation, long-term incentive programs, and equity management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • A people-centric approach, committed to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
  • Experience with tools like Radford, Pave, Workday Advanced Compensation, and ADP is highly desired.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Background working with private, high-growth SaaS companies and publicly traded organizations is beneficial.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $140,000-$160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
